How to Submit Deals
  1. Fill out Submit deal form
  2. Funding Centre will reach to you with any questions
  3. Sign a Cobrokering Agreement.
  4. Collect Documentation from broker.
  5. Touch base with the client and introduce.
  6. Send a service agreement to your client that explains expected terms and conditions.
  7. Create and send commitment and disclosures to your client.
  8. Collect any outstanding conditions.
  9. Move to closing.
